Why 1:1?

Yoga’s original delivery was one teacher to one student. When you practice 1:1 you can as any question, go any pace & modify style. A practice tailored to you (hands-on adjustments optional)

Who are private lessons best for?

Your options for investing in your yoga practice are plentiful. From in-studio group classes, online videos, private individual or group lessons – it’s great to have options. I would never really say there was a “best” option; they all have their pros. But here are a few factors that might make you lean towards booking a private lesson:

at home:

-You simply prefer the comfort of your home

-You are in too much pain to worry about the logistics of getting to a studio, and/or studio classes sound unappealing to you

at a studio:

-You lack the space & equipment to practice comfortably at home

-You would like to book a specific style of yoga (e.g. aerial) for yourself or a small group

Pricing & Location

Single session mat classes start at $125 / 60-minute for 1-2 persons. Larger groups or multiple sessions are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Mat classes can be held in your home (must be within 25miles of Minneapolis proper) or through studio space rental at the Yoga Center Retreat in St. Louis Park, MN.

Aerial classes start at $275 / 60 minute session for up to 5 persons. 6+ (max of 8) discounts to $50 per person. Longer sessions (most common 1.5 hours) or multiple sessions are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Aerial classes are held at my affiliate studio space, The Yoga Center Retreat, or I can travel to your aerial-equipped space.

Questions & Booking

The first step to private lessons is communication. In this form please tell me about your preference to private instruction, any health and mobility concerns, if you are looking for a one-off or recurring session, desired location and your preferred date range. Note that this form is only a request- acceptance of private lessons is based on availability & discernment- neither of us is obligated to anything until paperwork is signed. Lets chat!
