
A Little is A Lot
So many yogis (myself included) put pressure on themselves to practice a full hour-plus long class, or they feel like it doesn’t “count.” They might also feel some sort of guilt if they cant fit this in multiple times per week.
Not only from a time perspective, but from an energy one, this might be unsustainable.
Could we argue that 10 minutes of yoga every day is more valuable than one hour of yoga once a month? Maybe. I heard a quote the other day that I absolutely LOVE:
Small tweaks lead to giant peaks
So maybe not worrying so much about the “perfect” regimen of yoga, but actually doing it. Continuously adjusting until you find what works for you.
