The End of an Era
Last week I taught my last yoga classes at a place I’ve been a part of since nearly their opening day 8 years ago. After much deliberation, I made my decision to leave the space. It feels like the end of an era & for this Capricorn, change is hard.
I don’t know about you, but when I’m faced with a big decision, I make a lot of lists, have a continuous inner monolog weighing the pros & cons, go back & forth a million times. It’s exhausting. I’ve always reeeeeeally disliked sitting on the fence. And, though I think it’s only wise to take time for consideration, I’d just prefer the decision be made.
Decisions are hard. But theres always a choice of which lens you look through. Instead of being afraid or sad of this change, I’m choosing to honor the dedication of the time spent & the deep lasting connections I made there.
