Hi Friends,
Fall has taken its official turn, the temp has dropped & the beanie has finally taken up its rightful place upon my head again!! Welcome back to cozy season!
As the daylight dwindles, we get the opportunity to shift our routine & take a sort of hibernation period. True that many are already in the throes of a busy holiday season, but there is room to pause.
The dark, calming, introspective energy of winter invites you to grab your favorite blanket, cozy up with some candles (or if you’re so lucky, a fireplace) and read a book or chat with your favorite person. Very hygge.
Embrace the yin energy of the coming months. When you roll out your yoga mat, you might find it energetically a little easier to practice slower styles (eg gentle or restorative) rather than more vigorous practices (eg vinyasa) Find what works for you to guide you to a deeper learning of yourself.
