Movement Magic

Hi Friends,

Of course, I’m a little biased here, but I really do believe that movement makes just about every aspect of life better.

Maybe the most magical part is that physical movement not only positively affects the physical body, but tends to free up the mind just as much so with all that rhythmic & instinctual loosening.

Ever felt stuck on a task, got up from your desk, walked into the other room, jumped on your tiny trampoline for 2 minutes & sat back down with a free-flowing mind?

No? Just me?

If not a trampoline, then a walk, ecstatic dancing, or (our favorite) yoga?! Movement is our natural way to work it all out: to get loose when we need loosening, to calm when we feel stress & to energize when we feel stuck.

A little bit goes a long way. Listen to your body-of-the-day & do what you can. I’m here to remind you that you already have the magic, so get moving!
