Remember Your "Why"

Hi Friends,

We all know that momentum is great, but it’s not always reliable. In this rollercoaster of life, we will go through the ups & downs & corkscrews with varying levels of willingness to get back on the ride.

And esp in times where the ride gets more out of control – say you’re starting a new career or new yoga/fitness routine or you’ve entered a new flare-up – it’s good to remember your “why.”

Ask yourself: Why did you make this shift? Why do you believe in it? Why would your life (and likely others) benefit from you continuing to push on?

Remembering why you give a damn is essential.

The hows, the whos, the whats & the whens will fluctuate on potentially a daily basis, but your why will be the constant that buckles you up time & time again!
