Every class ends with savasana, purposeful stillness to allow your movement practice to integrate. I encourage you to stay for even longer than I instruct. Savasana might feel tempting to skip, but I encourage you not to as its benefits include, but are not limited to: stress reduction, better sleep, lower cholesterol & balanced blood pressure!
